Process taking more then a week

Good day

We applied for loan at FNB, we clients of FNB, we send our documents to [Email Removed] and he said he never received our documents, I mean it never came back as undelivered!!! as FNB know, they suppose to phone their clients to make sure, everything is send and sorted out, mails was sent

online!
