I am the executor of the estate fro Mr S.S. Shandu and I made a claim following my fathers passing who passed away on the 20/06/2013. The claim was made in July for a retirement policy. To date no one is able to give me a turn around time as to when the the funds will be paid out as there are a companies he was owing and had not taken out life covers for the purchases where we need to make payments to close the accounts. I have submitted all the documents they have asked for but still no one is able to give me a turn around time as to when the payout will be done. I really need urgent assistance with this and the reason why I wrote this report is because no one is able to give me a turn around time and we desperately need the funds.
