My new account is /- a month old accounts has been debited from my Nedbank with the amount of R1994 edbank is explaining they cannot refuse it as I have a personal loan with Nedbank but thus far no one has my new account number and I never gave any permission for anything. I have been in contact with Nedbank since Wednesday 18/12/2013 but now they giving me the run around (I should speak to this one and that one). Please help cos I am tired of this now.
