I applied for a FNB credit card online. Going through the process and filling in all required info it stated that i have been approved, and i need to sign the quoted documents and send through my recent payslips. After a couple of days i phoned them to inquire about my application. No one was able to assist and said that they didn't received my payslips. Asked them to look again and they advised that they have received it. Next day, the same thing happened, asked them to look again and they advised they did in fact received it.
I requested more info on my application and when my card will be delivered, then person advised that they would place my application on URGENT REQUEST. I phoned back this morning to find out (as they don't phone you to tell you what is going on) about my delivery as i needed the card urgently and they advised me that my application has been declined? How does this work FNB?? APPROVAL was granted and now DECLINED??
After i had to go through all that trouble, every phone call i had to follow up and follow up and follow up, no responds from them at all. So, actually your service is not that good as you advertise it is.
I want this matter resolved TODAY!!
