Well done standard bank. You continually live up to your reputation. After a 40 minute call and 2 call center agents - no resolution. I mean how difficult is it to update my cell number on your system?? Arnold was the supervisor this morning who also could not assist. I have not used my card in 5 years. How am I supposed to provide a copy of my card especially if I am out of country?! All i need is the number to which my OTP is sent be changed. Why can't you do security question checks like all normal banks in this day and age?!?!
