On the 2 Dec 13 i decided to go thru all my documents to file and verify that certain accounts had been paid up and closed, to my surprise Capitec was still outstanding even thou i had Paid up letters and proof of the payment, i was still listed with the burea and the amount was still owing to capitec and i was handed over again, After numerous emails and calls to them i still dont have my documents neither was i removed from the credit burea.
