I recently ordered a smart device from FNB. It was the first time using the said service and being the pedantic consumer that I am, I had many questions about the process and how the delivery etc works. Gladys was my contact point and she assisted me with every aspect of my query which resulted in a stream of emails and responses. She handled the queries with great patience and was an extreme pleasure to work with! Yesterday, after receiving my smart device, I asked Gladys for additional documentation to obtain the iCare Warranty and insurance. She was very professional and sent me my documentation shortly thereafter. Thank you Gladys for being such a super star and getting my queries sorted out so efficiently. I really hope that FNB can employ more super stars like you to assist in the future!
