I am highly disappointed with Motorites Warrenty policy. I purchased a car last year and took out a Motorite warrenty for an additional R5000.
I have tried to claim twice this year and Motorite has not paid out. The moat recent claim relating to an electric window that needed a repair and due to my negligence either. Ended up costing me R1200 to fix and have received absolutely no information relating to it. Highly disappointed. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO POINT IN HAVING A WARRENTY OF THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.
