3 weeks after expiry I have not received my card

My Platinum card expired in November. I was not contacted in this regard, and only realised it had expired when trying to purchase something in December. I phoned the call center and asked where my card is and was told that I would be contacted by the courier company. A few days later the courier company got around to calling me and asked where I would be on the Friday to take delivery of my card. As I travel a lot and work between 2 different offices in Durban, I asked them to confirm with me on the Thursday - 48 hours later, which they agreed to do.

A week later and I have still not heard from them and still do not have a new credit card, which leaves me no option but to cancel the card as it is worthless if not in my possession.

Getting through to the Absa Call Center is more difficult than reaching a head of state, so I am not going to even bother trying.
