Another 2 weeks later and still no response from the bank. all calls made to fnb on the numbers they provided is "we will get back to you" what a joke! how hard can it be to find out how my money was taken from my account and paid to someone? fnb did this transaction not me! i have all my bank statements and all slips and receipts of my payments to anyone. i never do debit orders and expressively made it very clear to the bank on opening of my account that under no siorcum stances may my account be overdrawn and any if such action was tried that action MUST be blocked as NO FUNDS AVAILABLE. So how come FNB allow a transaction, not by me, be done so my account went into overdraft, that i do not have or signed for to be in place, by R4000 and now still growing due to interest fees and bank fees etc. never in all my years banking i went overdraft. As i said i want my money back with interest and all your fees repaid. Go look FNB my account went from R100 000 a month to R5000, yes there is other banks who gladly take my bussiness and i refer all my contacts to do so as well. readers do not think if it say fnb have responded it was resolved! its their gimmic maybe automatic response!
