Even though I had challenges with getting an ITC number she never gave up when I was already giving up. She rapidly asked me to make means to obtain the ITC number and most of the times she would let us have a conference call with the Retail company. Whenever they would take long to answer the calls I would say lets let this go, she would ask me not to give up and would motivate me to be patient. I must say she went an extra mile in making sure that my claim was successful. I would honestly recommend other people to her for assistance.
