Bad service. FNB representatives quickly respond "online" but seemingly have no intentions of actually doing anything. My account profile had been compromised by ID cloning / but FNB seems to rather hide their commitment to service than to clear my records and pursue the cloner/ culprit. This note serves as a warning to fellow victims of clone and as a time line "record", - legal action against FNB seems to be my only solution and way forward.
I bet there will be an automated instant response to this message within seconds, and then during 24 hours an FNB agent will respond ONLINE saying the matter will be attended to very quickly. Hummbugg!
FNB: Stop saying that you "tried" to contact me. Leave a message on my contact number with your details. Preferably, sort out your messy business.
