My mother inlaw had an accident on 18 December 2013. When I phoned Outsurance Hector was the person to answer and he was very professional and helpful. I had my car towed away by an Outsurance accredited towing company and I had the claim number and all correnspondence sms'd and emailed to me withing minutes of the conversation. The only problem I have is that he asked me if I wanted to have the car repaired closer to home or work. I said work (Pretoria CBD), but now my car is getting repaired in JHB. Other than that, the service was good. Thanks Hecto
