I lodged an complaint on 6 Dec 2013 re: a complaint that I brought to ABSA's attention on 6 Nov 2013 for the first time. Refer to my Hello Peter complaint submitted on 6 Dec "Incompetent Staff" Subsequent to my 23 e-mails to ABSA, Lindiwe from ABSA e-mailed a letter of apology on 13 Dec to me admitting that they were in the wrong for handing me over and that all legal action will be stopped
Big surprise when I am once again starting to receive daily phone calls from their legals dept stating that I will be handed over now!!!
ABSA's service is shocking!
