Khudos for efficient service

I was involved in a minor accident in October 2013 and promptly contacted Outsurance a day after to inform them accordingly. After giving them details of how the accident occurred I was requested to take my car to an assessor. To my relief, I was not told to get a police report as that would have meant doing a return trip of 60km to the police station in the area where the accident occurred.
Throughout the car repair process, everything was handled efficiently and I was given regular updates. To crown it all, Outsurance was also able to recover my excess from the driver who had bashed my car within 2 months of submitting a claim, something I have never experienced before. Well done Outsurance for such an excellent service!!!
