Good day. FNB Estgate mall has a total of 3 bank tellers and a consistently empty senior citizens/disabled teller desk. I have never queued for less than 40 minutes at this bank, seriously? I have a big problem with this issue, but a bigger issue for me is the fact that the last time I went to FNB I was in a queue with 2 senior citizens. YES, I am serious, we were all in the same queue for more than 30 minutes while the Senior/ disabled teller was empty and it did not even have waiting seats (to seat in a queue while waiting to be served). Look this matter made me very sad because I know first hand how painful and uncompfortable it is for senior citizens to stand for long periods of time. Can you guys (FNB) maybe do something about this matter please? I just felt that this was unfair on the disabled and senior citizens. You have a large customer base, please be kind to all of them. Thank you.
