The beginning of November I closed my existing bank account and had to deposit R50.00 to settle the account at Nedbank and opened a new account assisted by Faheem Ismail. The end of November I received transaction sms on the closed account. I contacted Ismail who said he will look int the matter because the account was suppose to be closed and he will then get back to me which he never did. I contacted him again in December to follow up and he said again he will look int the matter and get back to me which again he never did. On the 19 of December I tried to contact him again because I received a bank statement on the supposed to be closed bank account showing an arrears of R103.58. I left 3 messages to return my call and called about 8 times not getting a hold of him, but no response from him. I cannot waste my time with this matter because of one person that cannot do his job. Hopefully someone at Nedbank can close that account? I was a happy Nedbank client but becoming very negative. Should I stay or should I leave Nedbank?
