Dear Nedbank
This letter is to complain about my personal loan December unauthorised debit order date that was unpaid, my contract states that my monthly debit order date is the 20th of every month and for some reason Nedbank decided to debit my FNB cheque account on the 13th November 2013 which was unpaid due to insufficient funds, needless to say my itc payment history and credit scored has been ruined this is so frustrating because I get paid on the 20th if every month for heavens sake and to add salt into the wound nobody from Nedbank took an initiative to contact me to make me aware of the December debit order date that was changed without my consent.
I expected a much higher level of service from your bank, and I am quite disappointed.
