EXTREMELY EFFICIENT SERVICE

I had a telephone conversation on 19 December 2013 with Ms Lebo Molawa of Outsurance to enquire on the extremely high increase of 24, 7% on my premium effective from 1 February 2014. She was very friendly and helpful (together with excellent telephone manners and well formulated language usage) and immediately enguire on my reason for contacting Outsurance. She explained the procedures at Outsurance and mentioned the possibility of investigating the high increase in my premium. After examining my claim history, she indicated that she will immediately discuss it with one of her superiors. I keep the line for a short period of time. During the re-opening of the discussion she made mention of a new premium that was very acceptable to me.

The conclusion. When receiving the letter of the premium increase, I decided immediately to shift my insurance from Outsurance to another company. After my conversation with Ms Ningiza I decided to keep my insurance with Outsurance. In fact, i will contact Outsurance in January 2014 for a quote on my cars and house content insurance - she not only retained existing clients but also created the possibility for new business.
