Account charged with a "MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE"

On 2013-12-03 my plus-plan account was charged with a "MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE" of R16:00; I'm told it's only supposed to happen if your account goes under R2000, which my account never did.
I called internet banking call center on 04-Dec-2013; I got the following call reference number: ysy6382; eventually spoke to Palesa who confirmed that the "fee" was not supposed to have been charged and it will be reversed, as my balance was never under R2000, and I will get a telephonic and email response to on why it happened? I got reference number: 562-165-89 for the incident. After all it is my money and my account I should at get an explanation when someone takes money out of my account, including the bank. The whole process to lodge the problem took me 21minutes on the day. I was promised a maximum 48 hours turnaround time. it's now 18-Dec-2013; I still haven't had the "MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE" reversed on my account nor received a call or an email from Standard bank. Appalling to say the least.
