Called mfc on Tuesday and asked where I can collect original paperwork as I just paid up car, Phillip told me to wait for the papers to be delivered I explained to him were going to Botswana and need it quickly and wither go to them and he said no. Called again on Wednesday spoke to Yolanda who said i can only come is 7days time but as per Phillip it takes 3days. I think these two people do not really know what is happening in their department. The more I ask questions the more they get irritated with me as their customer. It's really bad that not even one payment was missed and I paid before my initial duration but there was no urgency at all to my phone calls or did not even try hard to help a loyal customer.
