Incorrect debit order dates

Following on from the above. I received an SMS from my ABSA bank that there was a Debit order from Capitec/13401341340001 for an amount of R3072, 99 today the 19 December 2013. I dont understand why my account is being debited on the 19th when Capitec clearly stated that they would only run Debits on the 24th and if the 24th falls on a weekend or public holiday they will run them on the last business day before the 24th. The 20th, 23th and 24th of December 2013 are business days hence I do not understand why Capitec was trying to Debit my account outside the contract date agreed on. I tired to call the service desk at Capitec for answers however I was taken from pillar to post and they were rude and not willing to help. Instead everyone was asking me to call someone else. my ref number I got at Capitec is 11001723
