I send in my receipt and invoice for new spectacles on 5 December 2013, after numerous messaged that i have not submitted proof of my R250.00 withdrawal for the eye test and no more claims will be processed and blah blah blah. Up until today i have had no response at all, i send a daily email asking for any feedback and i get a huge nothing back, clearly indicating that One Plan does not care about customer service and have very incompetent staff that cant even reply to an email.
