I would like to find out why is the claim rejected because of the last 2 services not being available. I bought this car in April through Wesbank and before i could accept the car it went through Wesbank's Dekra for this 101 inspection and road worthy i knew that as the service of the car but now Motorite says thats not it. The seller said to me that the car was serviced at 180 000 and i was supposed only to service it at 192 000. Secondly this policy was taken by Wesbank on my behalf and no one at Motorite called me to welcome me and tell me that service history is a requirements with consequences of claims not being paid should there be no service history. Can someone look into this and advise as now my car is at Dodge and must be fixed but Motorite says they're not paying.
