I resigned on the 4th of October at Medshield medical scheme and i was advised that the payout of the provident fund takes about 6 to 8 weeks to pay out. it has been almost 3 months now since i resigned. I've been liaising with a lady by the name of Shiko Mabetoa through email as i cant get hold of her on both office and cell number as per her email signature, who apparently deals with the Medshield staff provident fund and she has been taking time to respond. Last week she sent an email stating that the payout will be on the 18/12/2013 which was yesterday and there was nothing of which i sent her an email yesterday but no response. i have sent her an email today as well with no response.
