I do not understand how they can only take money from my account without even asking me permission for this.
And also who said they can set up a debit order on my bank account for this R350. I would like them to give me back this money seeing as I did not get any loans from them or gave any permission to do this.
And also now I receive a response saying they tried contacting me but I have my phone with me every minute of the day and no one phoned me! or tried...
