I have made pre-arrangement for my loan and credit card at African Bank to be debited as per normal on the last day of the month and not on the 13th December as I will not have money available. On the 13th Dec African Bank tried again to debit my account where I had to pay banking fees. I have made a loan for Christmas and now that the money was transferred into my account they debited my account. How unfair is that, when I called them now they can't see it on the system. I want my Money back. I have never skipped any payment ever, and the one thing you ask them to do and this is what you get. Wanna bet end of this month there is going to be problems again. And my record on my bank statements doesnt look good at all because of this.
