Incompetant and Useless Service

A while ago my father received sms'e that he should fax his insurance to Wesbank. He faxed it on the 8th of November 2013 already, after that Wesbank keeps on sending him sms'e. On monday he received an sms that Wesbank will now enforce their own insurance on him. The best part is that he keeps on faxing it, I emailed it and faxed they still have the same tune. When he asked Wesbank if he can phone Outsurance then Outsurance can send them proof of insurance the useless operator said that is not how it works. Now yesterday I was informed that the proof of insurance was older than 6 months. Listen Wesbank- we emailed the proof, faxed it, and even phoned the call centre to ask if Outsurance can send it themselves. My parents have moved a few weeks ago, everything is still in boxes. You had the option to get proof from Outsurance which you declined. I dont care if you dont read your faxes, emails or are useless but if you deduct any money from my father's bank account I will lay a complaint at the Ombudsman because he asked your useless operator if he can phone Outsurance. Enforcing insurance is just a way for a holiday bonus
