I regularly been receiving unauthrised debits on my Prestige account. i have the monthly task of calling and disputing thses cahrges on a monthly basis. i was advised to move from Elite to Presitige where i will get a prsonal banker assisting me with this. noting that the monthly service fees also increased. the biggest challenge is when these shafy debits come out of my account- standard bank does not send me sms notifcation, i only pick this up when i print my statement. In the last 45 days, there were about 6 debits amounting to R1040 which i was not notified . i was paying R99 for the Elite card, now im paying R169 for a service im not even getting. i have also requested that my account number be changed, but i was told there was no need for that and a personal banker will sort this out. This has been going on for nearly a year now. please note this is not a personal banker issue but teh fact that my account is compromised and the bank is not doing anthing about this. I was an employee of SBSA for over 5 years and beleved in your values and customer ethics but i must say, i am highly disappointed and even considering moving all my acounts
