Charges at FNB account are high

I think its high time that we shouldn't have let FNB do this to us.
I was having Cheque Account with FNB where I got my salary on and the charges were ridiculously high. I then changed bank where I get my salary to and downgraded the FNB account to smart account. And for the fact that I still have debit orders on this account, I deposit some amount after every payday. What surprises me is that the charges are still high and they are not constant from month to month. I have the following charges when I was only told that I will incur MONTHLY ACCOUNT FEE 0f R11.

I see more hidden charges;
-#SERVICE FEES R114.40
-#VALUE ADDED SERV FEES R85.07
-#WAIVABLE SERVICE FEES R26.70
-#MONTHLY ACCOUNT FEE R11.50

Again FNB is having high charges for any transfer or online payment for example paying R359 will make you be charged R9.35. FNB is reaping off its clients.

I feel like I must cancel this sh, it was doing well but all of the sudden things changed so horribly.
