I sent them my documents on the 25th and i got an email from them informing me i should resend my id copy and my dispute form as they were not visible enough. to my surprise i called them today and they removed the judgement and updated one account. the 2 documents are missing that i sent with the court order and the bayport paid up letter are missing. they insists i don't have judgement on my credit record but on the credit report they sent me on the 18th it had judgement. i sent my court order and other documents for them to be updated (documents they say they did not get). they said i must send the documents again and i must wait for another 21 days which i feel its not fai
