CEO leads by example!

I recently applied for an homeloan and I was declined, I spoke to numerous people within the homeloan department and nobody wanted to assist me, I then wrote an email to the CEO of the Home loan division, Mr Jan Kleynhans and he immediately asssisted me eventhough he was on leave he assighned Sebastian David to help me resolve my issued, Sebastian showed me that he value the client and his customer service skills were excellent he has since managed to process my application in a day, even going as far as having the valuation done in a day. He always kept me informed, I have never experienced this sort of service from my premier banker assigned to me. Mr Kleynhans approach to assist me and to go beyond to help a client has restored my faith in FNB and I know that having him as the CEO of homeloans he is going to lead FNB all the way to the top, I will recommend FNB homeloans to all my collegues and friends. Its very rarely that we service of this level and magnitude and I truly believe that both these individuals are a asset to the orginisation. Well done to you both, keep up the good work! I will be a loyal FNB client for a long time to come.
