Poor service delivery to their clients

My car has been scratched at the back bumper while parking at Germiston lake & claim has been submitted to your way insurance & below was the given feedback regarding the claim. I have an insurance but i was give option to repair my car... does this make sense. Small damage that can cause R3000 as per the quoatation while I am paying a preimum of R1000 a month but they cant cover me. Renasa insurance & Your way insurance please stop playing with people. As a result i am in the postion of canceling it.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

EXCESS PAYABLE: 7.5% OF CLAIM MIN R3000
ADDITONAL EXCESS - C1 DRIVERS - R2000

TOTAL EXCESS PAYABLE = R5000.00

Kindly advise should i process the claim.

Just an example:

Should the assessor bring the quotation down from R10 910.12 to R8000.00 - you will be liable to pay R5000.00 excess and the insurance will pay R3000.00

If he decides to work on the quote for R3 135.00 (this will mean the damage amount falls within the excess amount, and you will have to repair the vehicle yourself.

Should you also decide to go ahead and claim, this will affect your no claim bonus and you will have a percentage increase on your monthly premium.
