Premiums was deducted incorrectly from my bank account and after notification I was promised that the monies will be refunded - I just needed to give my correct ban details. This was send to them on October 11th and since then no joy. The monies was refunded BUT to an incorrect bank account again! According to Vuyo, Finance Dept corrected the error and the monies then due will reflect within 3 working days in my bank account. This done and confirmed by e-mail dd Dec 03, 2013. Never got the monies and today is the 18th! still nothing at all - BAD BAD NEWS!
