Our STD Bank bond goes off at the end of every month-as per our debit order arrangement but now STD Bank Homeloans have decided to take it off on the 16th. I work on a commission basis as well as my husband, and we were not aware of this new arrangement. The debit order have OBVIOUSLY bounced as we DO NOT get bonus over December.
I expect STD Bank to provide me with a letter to explain that this was STD BANK's fault and not ours as this will have a negative impact on our credit score at the banks. Furthermore we expect STD Bank to reimburse us with the unpaid debit order charges which we now will need to pay
