I noticed that there are R69.00 deductions on my account by SAGEPAY and when I traced them they referred mt to ONE CALL DIRECT 031 829 4977 who said I agreed to the deductions through their agent of which I do not recall as I dont make agreements over the phone and have not signed any documents either nor have I recieved any of their services or products, they indicated they have cancelled the debit order, they will repay the deducted amount, they will investigate their recorded call and they will call me back when they have repaid the money. I will wait and see hopefully they will prove me otherwise as I think they people
