Myself and my husband has contacted the offices several times to remove my contact details, as they keep harassing me with phone calls and SMSes
asking for a someone that we do not even know about a account!
We have told them several times they have the wrong number and to remove my number, yet they keep on texting and calling almost daily!
We have called several times and explained the situation and asked to remove my contact details, but they still continue.
This has been going on for months!
Wasting my time and airtime having to constantly call them to remove my contact number because of their fault.
This is past the point of annoying and we are at a point of frustration that we are considering taking further steps
