I am so tired of telling my story, one more time shouldn't kill me.

Dam I LOVED FNB.

So i was applying for the new iphone 5s, did my application on the 18th of November 2013 during the application i need to change the type of account i had in order to qualify which was find except the sales lady did not advise that there will be a fee for doing this that will go off before the call ended, First PROBLEM! Never felt so betrayed in my live.

I was told the phone/device will take 10-15 days to arrive, on 28th of November 2013 I received a phone call to ask me if I will like to cancel the delivery of my TWO phones, i said to the guy that i only ordered one phone and not two, he said to me that he will then make sure that i receive my device, and he will cancel the order for two and make it an order of one! Why that needed to be done? Till this day I loose sleep over!

After a few days and still no delivery or phone call, gave them a call and was told that i need to contact the delivery company, so i did and was told the order was cancelled, and needed to call FNB which i did and got the order send again.

I have called till today still no phone! 18/12/2013 one month!
