My account was debited an amount of R1091.93 on the 6th of December 2013.When I went into the branch on the 7th the consultant said it was interest on a loan account that was never closed. The loan was long time paid finished. Consultant Rafika from Kollenade branched logged a complaint that the money should be refunded. She said that it would take 2 working days.By wednesday the 11th Th money was still not paid. I phoned and then the loan department said that they escalated the matter. I went to Hillcrest branch I spoke to Angel, she said that the loan department said that it would take approximitley 7days from when the query was logged. Untill today the money has not been refunded. I need my money! This is incompetent service. As soon as I am repayed I will change my bank.
