Could not update ITC Status after payment

I settled credit card debt after offered discount by the collection agency in August. I even asked the agency to do the listing update which they said the bank will it self. They provided with paid up letter directly from the bank, but that was it. I followed up in September with ITC and later in November with the Standard Bank in realising that it has not updated the status. Up until now the CDM Credit Bureaux department just ignore my emails. The other staff from the credit card department also sent the CDM Credit Bureaux department an email to do the update. What is frustrating with this department is the fact that they are quiet and not advising you on anything for instance if this will be done in certain days or not. You send emails and they will never respond. I do not think this is the correct way of treating people and you call yourself the best bank.
