Corporate cards query, waste my time

I received a call my 3 corporate cards are at the Middelburg branch and must take id and proof of residence.took me almost a day to sort this out.in and out the branch.waiting in loooong queues.at long last got cards after shouting and shouting.received a sms a week later.i must rica before they stop the cards.phoned Middleton branch.told them i gave them all the papers.enquiries told me they will sort out and get back to me.a week later the cards are declined at the fuel station, what a embarrassment. Phoned card division, they cant help, only the branch??? Phoned and after a looong battle, cards worked. Week later card again declined.loooong line in a extremely hot branch to sort out AGAIN.The worst possible service.i will never bank with them.our company changed from Absa, what a bad decisions!!!
