Debiting my account without permission

I have been without employment last year and couldn't pay the full amount on my Nedbank personal loan. They phoned me during this period and arrangements were paid to pay R300 for a few month and then R600 thereafter until I was employed. I kept to this agreement and paid every month. When I found employment I started paying R1500 a month which is more than my monthly instalment. Friday the 13th of December I paid them R1500. Then they debited R2600 from my Nedbank account. I only had R2328. in my account which means my account is now in a credit of -R272.00 As a result my debit orders which was scheduled for the 15th of December bounced and I have NO money left for rent or petrol for January to get to work. No one phoned me to notify me of this. I went to Nedbank in Ferreira st on Saturday to speak to the bank and was notified that they have taken the money for arrears and there's nothing I can do about it. I have NEVER signed forms to give my permission for any debit order to go through on this account. I paid my loan via EFT every month. I can't believe that they do this to me before Christmas. They have left me with R0.00. If I lose my job again how am I going to pay them then?
