I am really confused by the only bank i have used ever since I became economically active which is more than ten years ago. So I am a loyal customer, however i cannot say the same about ABSA bank.
Absa bank has stopped sending me any correspondance in the last 3 months. I have several accounts with Absa bank but i do not know what is going on. I used to recieve letters by post from Absa bank but that was stopped, have no idea why. A few times i recieved correspondance regarding my accounts via email, which was great but that was short lived because the emails have stopped as well, still do not know why. So i do not know what is happening. People have said i need to change banks for a while now. Now i see why.
