Nedbank is counted as one of the four BIG banks but I beg to differ. On several occasions at their Margate and South Coast Mall branches I've tried to draw cash inside and have been told: "Sorry sir we do not have that amount of cash." Today I went to Nedbank South Coast Mall to draw a mere R10 000 and they did not have it. The teller had the audacity to tell me that I cannot be assisted - end of story. I had to argue and tell them I refuse to leave the bank until I get my money. After waiting for more than an hour for the teller to come with the cash - I was told to join the back of the queue once again - so much for ASKONCE. I perform most of my transactions electronically without the need for cash but on occasions when I need cash Nedbank ALWAYS has a problem. Goodbye, Nedbank - it takes too much energy to bank with you.
