On the 20th of October 2013 I tried to get a cellphone account but failed due to a "Written off" account. I pulled my credit record and found that ABSA has flagged my account in July 2013 as "Written off due to non payment" My account were closed in April 2013 and I received my Payed up Letter the 21st of May 2013 and it is showing on my Credit Report as "Closed". I informed the ABSA Credit Bureaux about it. After phoning 0861773221 Millions of times over and over no one picked up and when they eventually picked up They are "Looking into the problem"!! Eventually a lady helped me after about 2 weeks of trying. She solved it in 2 days and sent me a letter that stated the problem is resolved and it was resolved on the 6th of November 2013 after looking at my credit record. Today I pulled my credit record and discovered that I am flagged AGAIN and decided to put this on Hellopeter as this is unacceptable and reflects bad on me as a person! Please solve this Permanently as I can't go through this every month!!!
