I had a just taken out a Clientele life policy...
About a month after i was put on short time at work then re trenched wen i found out that i am on short time i called Clientele customer care to inform that i was i will be out of work soon... the consultant informed that i can cancel the policy but my first installment had to be paid which was successfully debited from my account on the 26th Sept.2013. I then was put off work i called clientele to ask if my policy was now cancelled the consultant said to me yes... October came my account was debited once again but because i did not have funds available the debit was unsucceful the dame happend in November..
On the 13th December i got my unemployment fund to only find out that clientele has debited R634.00 from my account i now am left with no money to pay my rent and buy food for christmas for my wife and kids im really angry about this whole ordeal pls can you help you are my only hope.
