Bad Attitude/Deducting money without concent

African Bank takes money without getting permission to do so. When I spoke to the bank when the debit should be taken off they highlighted that don't worry mam debit will go off last day of the month. Now suddenly when i need to use my card its been declined because AFRICAN BANK TOOK ALL MY MONEY!!! Now i have to sit without money during the CHRISTMAS SEASON!!! NO FOOD, NO GIFTS FOR MY CHILDREN BECAUSE AFRICAN BANK JUST TAKE WITHOUT ASKING!!! Then i phone African Bank to report this mistake that was done from their side. Erasmus assist me and says that he will lock the call so that they can refund me. Then after 2/3 hours when i phone back with my REF: 10787535001. Dimakatso tells me that there where NO CALL WAS LOCKED TO GET MY REFUND BACK!!! SO NOW HOW CAN I TRUST AFRICAN BANK!!! THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WRONGLY BUT NOT TO GIVE IT BACK!!! What type of people is this that just don't care!!! Highly disappointed and will never ever do business with this BANK again.
