FNB Insurance Failure to Link Insurance / Ebucks

I have reached the height of frustration with FNB DIRECT INSURANCE/ EBUCKS DEPARTMENT
The background of my case is so simple yet it taking over two months to understand because of the calibre of staff employed at FNB, it now involves Premier Bank, FNB Direct Insurance and the ebucks Department yet it cannot be sorted out.
I learnt in September 2013 that I was not getting Ebucks via my FNB/ Hollard insurance as a result FNB changing its qualifying on certain insurances in 1 June 2013 and not informing the clients, so I took out a new policy with FNB Direct on 1 November 2013 which does rewards Ebucks. I have sent over 5 emails to FNB Insurance to link my existing Ebucks account to my current new insurance but am told I should go to Premier bank, Premier Bank tell me to go to ebucks department and Ebucks department tell me to liaise with FNB Direct Insurance which I have done but still no ebucks, is this a bank or just shoddy service or just lazy employees who don't want to go the extra mile.
I have no better way to put it buy actually me of rewards in form of ebucks money!!!
