Facts: I was with Oneplan. Had a claim. Oneplan charged me with allmost R4, 000 excess on claims. Now who the have this kind of money just lying around.
Oneplan handed me over to ITC after I said I will pay when I have the money.
ITC started threatening and harnessing me.
I borrowed money and paid the full outstanding account to Oneplan.
I sent Oneplan proof of payment and requested Oneplan to stop further harassment from their collecting dogs.
A case was opened and closed and that was only response from Oneplan.
Now two weeks later ITC threaten me again that they starting legal action.
This is plain straight Honest BAD ADMINISTRATION.
I wish they carry on with legal actions as I will love to claim costs and damages from them.
I dare them actually to do it. then I can hang them to the world in all newspapers and internet media.
