Problem with claim

As a lot of other households in Benoni, we had roof and water damage after massive hailstorm 11 Nov.
This is exactly 1 year after the previous claim for exactly the same thing. Due to high number of claims last year, our damage was only fixed MArch this year. With the recent hail storm, we had exactly the same damage as last year. The waterproofing and things done on the roof was damaged by the hail.

My problem is, after having to go to hello peter to get the claim approved eventually.. I found out, that the company that came out for the quote, which was on the roof via ladder etc, they are claiming we need to fix the roof ourselves. This is nothing of a waterproof issue, this was because of the hail damage and everything is on record. The contractor only wants to fix the ceilings, which is least of my problems right now. My bathroom ceiling is getting really bad now though. But we need to get the roof fixed ASAP, and Absa needs to pay for it.

I tried the callcentre, you hold on for half and hour and give up. I don't know how to call or what to do. I am really frustrated. Please Absa, I would suggest you send out an assessor, how else will you believe me.
